- Squiz 3d reserves the right to introduce new product and remove old product from sale dependent on customer demand and to maintain production levels within our capabilities.
- Squiz 3D reserves the right to remove old colours from our range dependent on customer demand and availability. We will also at times introduce new colours to trail market demand.
- Squiz 3D recognizes the hard work from design creators, and will credit each designer involved in the creation of every design produced by Squiz 3D.
- Squiz 3D prohibits the copy and/or reproduction of products sold by Squiz 3D.
- Squiz 3D prohibits the copy and/or reproduction of the designs from the design creators associated with the products sold by Squiz 3D when not authorised to do so by each design creators Terms and Conditions.
- Squiz 3D does not and will not sell STL files related to product sold by us whether designed by Squiz 3D or other design creators.
- Squiz 3D prohibits the use of images from any of our advertising and gallery.
- Squiz 3D is a registered business based in Tasmania, Australia.
- Squiz 3D reserves the right to refuse replacement or refund of goods sold, due to misuse, misrepresentation, Postal non-delivery and/or damage, abuse either by written or verbal, or non compliance to our Return and Refund Policy.
- Squiz 3D prohibits the use of our Email address to be used for unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotional advertising, spam and other illegal activity.
- Squiz 3D will endeavor to maintain stock levels true to indicated levels to ensure prompt postage in accordance to our policy of shipment within two days of receiving an order completion with the exception of weekends and public holidays whereas Squiz 3D will ship the very next available business day.
- Squiz 3D will endeavor to produce items of good quality and to the upper end of quality available using 3D printing technology and the equipment used at the time of production.
- By nature of 3D printing, items will have layer lines, possible sharp edges and corners, small components, and by design fault, production medium, or by the nature of 3D printing sometimes breakages will occur. Squiz 3D does not recommend 3D printed product for the use of small or unsupervised children.
- Squiz 3D will take no responsibility for damages to property or injury from the use of 3D printed items produced and sold by Squiz 3D.
- Squiz 3D will not accept responsibility for issues out of our control regarding internet or website downtime or crashing.
Return and Refund Policy
Whilst we reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds, we value our customers and would like your experience with us to be a good one. For any returns and refunds, please follow the terms and conditions listed below.
Remember that all items sold by Squiz 3D are 3D printed and painted one at a time. These items are unique and will have the usual printing artefacts associated with the art of 3D printing. This may include layer lines, under or over extrusion, elephants foot, sharp edges and corners, etc. We do however try to eliminate and or minimize these things, and inspect each item throughout the production process.

- Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs.
- No return equals no refund..
- All returns must be within 14 days of purchase.
- All returns to be in original packaging.
- Refunds and replacements will not be given due to misuse, negligence, and rough handling, or loss or damage incurred whilst in transit.
